At OrbitEngine, we strive to provide the highest quality services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be instances where our clients are not fully satisfied with the services provided. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be granted.

By using our services, you agree to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

1. Cancellation and Refund

Refunds will not be issued for any services that have already been rendered. This includes but is not limited to project management, marketing campaigns, and design services. Partial refund amount will be determined based on the amount of work already completed and any expenses incurred by OrbitEngine.

2. Requesting a Refund

2.1 Submission of Request

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 14 days of the payment date. Include your name, contact information, and the reason for the refund request.

2.2. Review Process

Upon receiving your request, our team will review the details and determine eligibility for a refund. We may request additional information to process your request.

4.3. Decision

Our decision on the refund request will be communicated to you within 10 business days of receiving all necessary information. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days.

3. Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to arbitration or mediation as per the terms of our service agreement.

4. Transfer to Third Parties

4.1 Transfer Request

To request the transfer of assets to another agency or third party, the client must email a transfer request to [email protected]. The request should include the details of the third party, the specific assets to be transferred, and any other pertinent information.

4.2 Transfer Fee

A non-refundable transfer fee of 998 USD will be charged for processing the transfer request. This fee covers the administrative and technical efforts required to facilitate the transfer. The transfer fee must be paid in full before the transfer process begins.

4.2 Timeline for Transfer

Once the transfer fee is paid and all necessary information is provided, OrbitEngine will complete the transfer of assets within 14 business days.

4.3 Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information for the transfer, including any required access credentials and contact information for the receiving party. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client are not the responsibility of OrbitEngine.

4.4 Third-Party Cooperation

OrbitEngine is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the third party receiving the assets. The client should ensure that the third party is prepared to receive and manage the transferred assets.

4.5 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to the transfer of assets will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 3 of this policy. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably before seeking arbitration or mediation.

4.6 Final Acceptance

The client will have a period of 7 days from the date of asset transfer to review and accept the final deliverables. If no issues are reported within this period, the deliverables will be deemed accepted by the client.

5. Changes to Policy

OrbitEngine reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and the revised policy will take effect immediately for all new clients and projects.
